- Open the settings app
- On the left navigation panel select Safari
- Scroll to the bottom of the right navigation panel and select "Advanced"
- At the top of the right navigation panel select "Website Data"
- Wait for it to load the data then at the bottom press "Remove All Website Data"
- Confirm the removal by selecting "Remove"
- IPAD is now fixed
- Submit a ticket to IT with the name of the iPad ex. MU1 MU2 etc.
