Instructions for Fixing the iPad's 404 Bad Request

List of steps:

  1. Open the settings app
  2. On the left navigation panel select Safari
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the right navigation panel and select "Advanced"
  4. At the top of the right navigation panel select "Website Data"
  5. Wait for it to load the data then at the bottom press "Remove All Website Data"
  6. Confirm the removal by selecting "Remove"
  7. IPAD is now fixed
  8. Submit a ticket to IT with the name of the iPad ex. MU1 MU2 etc.
